Warranty Breville in Vietnam

All machines is selling by Epicure Vina Co., Ltd. (Breville Vietnam). Please retain your Guarantee card and the Purchase Receipt as proof of purchase in order for your guarantee to be valid. These documents must be presented in the event of making a claim under the terms of the Breville Replacement Guarantee. If the appliance was received as a gift please mark the Guarantee “Gift” and make sure Epicure E-Warranty Stiker is available on the machine.

Breville Guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for twelve months domestic use, (3 months commercial use) from date of purchase.

During this guarantee period Breville will repair or replace any defective product. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. Breville reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Packaging, instructions, recipes etc. will not be replaced unless faulty.

Subject to your statutory rights as to the merchantable quality of the product or accessory. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date, i.e., 12 months from the original purchase date.

This Guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse or being tampered with by unauthorised persons. The replacement Guarantee also excludes breakages and consumable items such as kneading blade and pan.

Commercial Warranty (SPEACIALIST)
Breville guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 3 months commercial use from the date of purchase. During this guarantee period Breville will repair any defective product.

If the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be repaired. Packaging, instructions, recipes etc will also not be repaired or replaced unless faulty. In the event of a product or accessory being repaired during the guarantee period, the guarantee on the repaired product will expire 3 months from the purchase date of the original product, not 3 months from the date of the repair.

DETAIL WARRANTY BREVILLE VIETNAM

Warranty conditions:
– Operate according to the instructions for use.
– Product information (model, serial number) on the Product must be intact.
– The voltage must be correct and in accordance with the specifications of the Goods
– Water source: quality water supplied from the local water plant, not exceeding 60 degrees Celsius and has passed the water filter at the store with the filter core not exceeding 2 months of use.
– Coffee beans are not mixed with specific hard objects: grit, stone, wood, gravel, metal, plastic.
– All operations on repair and maintenance must be operated by Epicure Vina’s own employees or technicians.
– No warranty for components, parts or consumables due to wear and tear.

Warranty scope:
– In the territory of Vietnam.
– The product is still within the Warranty Period
– Proven damage caused by a technical defect in the manufacture of the Goods
– Electronic components, mechanical, material expansion due to manufacturing defects.
